Alpha Campervans operate from the United Vehicle Rentals depots in Christchurch and Auckland, which are the major arrival points for international visitors to New Zealand.

Hirers must be sure to return their Alpha campervan or motorhome at the end of the hire, no later than 4.30pm, in a reasonably clean condition, with a full tank of fuel and an empty toilet cassette and empty wastewater holding tank.  Dumping station facilities are available for use at the depot
